Christian Freedom International (CFI) is an interdenominational human rights organization that combines advocacy with humanitarian assistance for persecuted Christians on the front lines.

Focus

CFI documents atrocities committed against Christians in these isolated areas and speaks out on their behalf.
CFI also works to establish self-help, education, and training programs so that suffering Christian communities can learn to help themselves.
The mission of CFI is to reach the part of the persecuted church that is the most repressed, cut off, and isolated.
Among other things, CFI operates the following programs and activities: orphanages, field hospitals and clinics, backpack medics, field schools, micro-enterprise (help through "self help"), direct emergency assistance, child sponsorship, Bible schools, Bible distribution, asylum cases, and advocacy.
CFI is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).
CFI's president, Jim Jacobson, served as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill and as a policy analyst in the Reagan White House.
CFI's work on behalf of the persecuted church has been featured in The Atlantic Monthly, The Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Journal Europe, The Asian Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily, The Washington Times, The American Spectator, The Japan Times, The Bangkok Post, and 60 Minutes II.
